Ring Sizing Chart

At Dyota, we want to make sure your ring fits perfectly, whether it’s a gift for someone special or a treat for yourself. That’s why we recommend measuring your ring size accurately using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Measuring a Ring you Already Own

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well.
  2. Measure the INSIDE diameter of the ring using a ruler.
  3. Match the measurement to the conversion chart below. If the ring falls between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.

Please note: If the ring has a particularly thick band, it may feel tighter than a thin band. In this case, we suggest ordering a full size larger than your normal ring size.

Method 2: Measuring your Ring Finger

Your ring should fit your finger comfortably, snug enough not to fall off but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. Keep in mind that your finger size may vary throughout the day, so we recommend measuring at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold; your fingers will be at least half a size smaller.

Step 1: Cut a piece of string or strip of paper about 2 inches in length. Step 2: Wrap the string or paper around the base of your ring finger, making sure it’s not too tight or too loose. If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, wrap around both the base and the knuckle. Step 3: Mark the string or paper at the exact point where it overlaps to make a complete circle around your finger. If you needed to wrap around your knuckle, mark that point as well. Step 4: Measure the length of the string or paper in millimeters using a ruler. Make sure the starting end of the string or paper is at the base of the ruler and marked as 0. The point where the mark on your string or paper meets the ruler is the circumference of your ring finger. If you needed two marks because of your knuckle, make a new mark exactly between the two and use that as your measure. Step 5: Refer to the conversion chart above to get your ring size.
