That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We’ll even cover the cost of return shipping.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. And if you receive an item that’s not as described, we’ll work with you to make things right.

Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically for you. However, we stand behind the quality of these items and will work with you to address any issues that arise.
