Dyota was founded in 2018, We started as a small group of jewelry artists, manufacturers, and wholesalers in the Diamond Industry and now are slowly expanding into other jewelry markets such as Moissanite, rare earth stones such as Emerald, Ruby, etc. Every jewelry piece is carefully measured and crafted from the very scratch, using non toxic materials and highest quality metals and ethically sourced stones. Each item is made by hand, including the ring and the stone carefully cut from roughs by our artists and polished to look absolutely timeless and flawless piece especially for you or your loved ones!

Shipping
We offer same working day shipping for orders (Excluding: Custom Orders & Make to Order) before 3PM EST. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be Shipped within 1-2 working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
